Heavenly Father, I/we are seeking divine guidance regarding the selection of a rehabilitation center/nursing facility to help our family care for (name).  Guide us to an affordable facility/location that offers high quality care provided by compassionate, knowledgeable healthcare professionals. 

As we review and discuss our options, help us to discern the best choice. We sincerely desire to respectfully interact with each other – demonstrating love, kindness, humility and patience.  In the name of Jesus.  Amen.
