Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, I am  humbly seeking your divine wisdom and guidance concerning an important healthcare decision (i.e. testing, treatment, procedure, surgery, medications, hospice care, life support, etc.)

Reveal and clarify all the relevant information concerning this decision.  Provide everyone involved in the decision with accurate, timely  information and access to wise, godly counselors.  Help all the decision-makers to fully understand the impacts and potential outcomes of various options.  Reassure us; help us to respond according to your  perfect plan and timing.
